Adding Multiple Choice Questions

Multiple-choice questions allow the users a multitude of choices with only one correct answer. In multiple-choice questions, users indicate the correct answer by selecting a radio button. The number of answer choices is limited to 20.

1. Open the Test Canvas for an assessment. Select Multiple Choice from the question type drop-down list. Click Go.  

2. Fill in any special options from the drop down box such as answer numbering, partial credit, and show answers in random order.

3. Select the # of answers from the drop down menu  

4. Enter the Question Text. (Separate answer for each box)
Optional: If you need to remove an answer click Remove next to the answer box to remove. Assign a Point Value and complete the partial credit options if necessary.  

5.  Enter the correct answers

6. Enter an correct or incorrect feedback

7. Enter any categories and keywords.

 8. Click Submit to add the question to the assessment.
